What We Built

MeOnGLP is a free tool that shows you what you could look like after GLP-1 weight loss therapy. You upload a photo, answer five questions about your body, and we generate a projected “after” image — along with personalized metrics grounded in published clinical data.

The projections are based on outcomes from the STEP clinical trial program, the largest series of randomized controlled trials studying semaglutide 2.4mg for weight management. We use your height, weight, age, sex, and BMI to determine which tier of results most closely matches your profile, then calculate expected weight loss, waist reduction, BMI change, and timeline accordingly.

How the Photo Transformation Works

We use OpenAI's image generation API to create a photorealistic version of you at your projected weight. The AI is instructed to preserve your exact likeness — same face, same clothing, same pose, same background — and only modify body composition proportional to the projected weight loss. The prompt is customized to your specific numbers and accounts for sex-specific fat distribution patterns.

If the image generation is unavailable, we fall back to a CSS-based approximation that subtly adjusts proportions and contrast. Either way, the result is illustrative — it's a projection, not a promise.

Why We Built This

GLP-1 medications like semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy) and tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) have become the most significant development in weight management in decades. The clinical results are remarkable — but for most people, the data is abstract. Percentages and BMI numbers don't land the way a photo does.

We built MeOnGLP to make the data tangible. To answer the question everyone is asking: “What would I actually look like?”

Our Approach to Data

Every number on your results page traces back to published, peer-reviewed research. We don't inflate projections to make results look more dramatic. We use the midpoint of the clinically observed range for your BMI tier, with age adjustments where the data supports it. All source studies are linked on our Research page.

Revenue Model

MeOnGLP is free to use. We earn revenue through affiliate partnerships with licensed telehealth providers who prescribe GLP-1 medications — companies like Hims, Ro, Found, and others. These are shown after you see your results — never before. You pay the same price whether you click our link or go directly. We only partner with providers that employ licensed physicians and operate within FDA guidelines.
